• →Ensure that project procurement requirements are understood and that procured products and services meet lead-time, price and quality requirements.  
• →Review and approve purchases up to a specified dollar amount.  
• →Engage and coordinate with line managers to implement appropriate commodity/supply tasks.  
• →Participate in supplier relationship activities including selection, rationalization, development, performance measurement and recognition.  
• →Perform basic spend analysis and provides input to supply and contract negotiation strategies.  
• →Input and maintain relevant data in Purchasing information systems.  
• →Gather and report metrics to assess effectiveness of procurement operations.  
• →Continue to develop business acumen and customer service with colleagues and customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 
• Foundational understanding of procurement processes and supply chain roles.
• Strong team player with a proven ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP/MRP systems.
• Able to multitask efficiently and collaborate cross-functionally with both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Track purchase orders, assess supplier performance, and monitor inventory to ensure on-time delivery.
• Keep precise purchasing records and actively contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Eager to expand your expertise in procurement, supply chain logistics, and supplier management.

• Salary: $57,000-$74,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
