Production Supervisor

• →Coordinate production and maintenance requirements to meet the production schedule.
• →Provide the time for personnel to complete scheduled training and monitor the results.
• →Provide guidance and assistance to all personnel.
• →Monitor and enforce R. C. Bigelow Safety and Health policies and procedures to include, as required, the inspection of machine safety prior to commencing production.
• →Review and monitor adherence to QA standards on all production lines.
• →Supervise maintenance and production workers in the performance of their jobs and ensure that all policies are adhered to (GMP, Safety, Attendance, QA, Production, Maintenance, etc.)
• →Monitor production floor data collection systems.
• →Ensure that appropriate maintenance and production training is conducted.
• →Maintain the material cleanliness and condition of equipment and production areas.
• →Other duties as assigned

• →Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The candidate must be able to effectively direct personnel in the performance of their work in order to meet both production and maintenance schedules while ensuring work is performed according to set standards and policies.

A High school diploma or (GED), one to three years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate should have experience and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
