If you want to feel the satisfaction of really making a difference, with every decision you make, you’ve come to the right place.

That’s because, at Skanska, we don’t just build bridges. Or office buildings. Or data centers. We make a positive impact in people’s lives – shaping the way we all live, work, and connect, now and for generations to come - and we want you to do it together with us.

The Talent Development & Job Architecture Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the administration and maintenance of the organization’s job architecture, competency management, career pathways, and talent systems. These tools and resources help employees understand role expectations and support career and development opportunities. In this role, you'll collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to maintain critical talent data, support system enhancements, coordinate job and competency updates, and help drive consistency across our job architecture, talent programs and processes.

The Coordinator will manage updates to job families, competencies, and career pathways, support job evaluation activities, and maintain documentation, governance processes, and related talent resources. In addition, the role is responsible for maintaining data integrity within the enterprise talent systems, and other HR platforms through testing, validation activities, audits and efforts to ensure consistency across systems and tools.
