Perform pediatric surgeries and consultations, including HMP and endoscopic appendectomy. Cover two weeks per month working 12-hour shifts (7A-7P or 7P-7A) as needed. Collaborate with the surgical team to manage inpatient trauma cases. Manage both adult and pediatric trauma patients (approx. 20 patients/day), including rounding.
