We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time Clinical Educator position with a nonprofit Home Health organization. Your primary office will be in Monterey, with some travel to the Salinas office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate orientation, training, and ongoing education for clinical, clerical, and management staff.

Orient new clinical employees, evaluate competencies, and document training.

Develop short- and long-term education plans.

Assess training needs and lead agency-wide in-service programs.
