Join Bega Group as a Process Operator, supporting the processing, mixing and batching of milk to meet production plans at the Crestmead manufacturing site.

• →Process raw materials to required specifications while balancing material availability with production requirements
• →Perform VAT planning activities using site control systems
• →Operate machinery across laboratory, processing and production environments
• →Complete quality activities, including sampling, swabbing, plating and other QA Officer tasks
• →Support food safety, GMP compliance, continuous improvement, waste reduction and risk-reduction initiatives

• Previous experience in the FMCG or food-manufacturing industry
• Strong troubleshooting skills for processing, packaging and equipment issues
• Sound knowledge of safe work practices, hazard prevention and food-safety requirements
• Experience in production planning or scheduling, with strong planning and organisational skills
• A collaborative communicator who demonstrates adaptability, sound decision-making and a commitment to delivering results
