Cinemark is seeking a customer-obsessed and data-driven Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of our digital experience across Cinemark.com and our mobile applications. In this role, you will own key customer journeys related to digital content, ticket purchasing, and the broader purchase experience, helping millions of moviegoers discover movies, make informed decisions, and seamlessly purchase tickets and concessions.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner closely with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, operations, and additional business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product strategy, and deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. You will balance discovery and execution, leveraging customer insights, experimentation, and data to continuously improve the guest experience while contributing to Cinemark's digital growth objectives.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is passionate about solving customer problems, has demonstrated success in launching initiatives large and small, and combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
