  • Oversee royalty reporting, accounting, and distribution, interpreting licensing agreements and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the US licensing landscape, including the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC), performance rights organizations (PROs), and Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) rates.

  • Conduct strategic analyses covering market trends, industry benchmarks, competitors, pricing, and profitability.

  • Identify critical business challenges and develop intervention strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Improve financial processes, systems, and tools to strengthen efficiency, reporting quality, and decision-making.

  • Partner with the Accounting team on month-end and year-end close, audits, and cross-functional initiatives.
