Business Introduction
The Investment & Portfolio Manager runs the enterprise portfolio governance and planning cycle for DPTF. The role operates the prioritisation framework set by the Director, Planning & Performance. It structures incoming demand, checks that business cases are complete and evidenced, applying investment-appraisal discipline before they reach a funding decision, facilitates the forums in which platform and domain leads prioritise and commit, and provides transparency of demand, investment and roadmap across the function.
The enterprise portfolio is assembled from the domain portfolios, so the federated Domain Portfolio Managers are the role's primary working relationship.
