- Act as the central asset-management partner for Service, Commercial, Technical Service Centre, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and regional stakeholders.

Identify gaps, simplify processes, improve automation and integrations, enhance user experience and reporting, test and validate changes, coordinate implementation with IT and business stakeholders, and ensure that system improvements remain compliant, scalable and supported by controlled documentation and user training.
- →WI and SOP ownership: Draft, implement, train and periodically review controlled work instructions and SOPs covering request intake, approval, booking, dispatch, handover, tracking, extension, return, cleaning and decontamination, inspection, repair, maintenance, release, stock counts, damage or loss, escalation and retirement.
- →Quality and compliance: Ensure activities meet applicable quality, regulatory, trade, customs, medical-device, data-integrity, health and safety and record-retention requirements. Maintain audit-ready records and support audits, CAPAs, investigations, complaint interfaces and field actions as required.
- →Inventory and financial control: Lead periodic physical counts and system reconciliation; monitor utilisation, idle time, overdue returns, repair spend, freight, rental revenue, depreciation, losses and damage recovery; support budget, forecast and capital replacement planning.

- →Stakeholder leadership: Chair regular global loaner reviews, communicate priorities and constraints, provide transparent portfolio reporting, train users and create clear escalation paths and RACI ownership across functions and regions.
- →Business continuity: Maintain contingency plans for urgent clinical needs, asset shortages, transport or customs disruption, system outages and high-impact equipment failures.
- →Assigned projects: Allocate approximately 60% of working time to projects assigned by the Senior Manager, APAC Service and Repair or other authorized business leaders.
