This senior individual contributor role offers the opportunity to build and shape a production function from the ground up, establishing scalable processes and operational standards.

  • Serve as producer on key productions and ensure every project has the appropriate production leadership and resources.

  • Develop and manage the annual production budget and individual project budgets, track actual spending, and report financial performance to senior creative leadership.

  • Build and maintain a network of production companies, agencies, directors, photographers, editors, post-production partners, and freelance crews.

  • Lead vendor selection, competitive bids, rate negotiations, contracts, and cost management while maintaining high creative standards.

  • Partner with Legal and Procurement on statements of work, vendor agreements, and payment processes.

  • Design and maintain a production calendar that balances business priorities, creative needs, deadlines, and team capacity.

  • Establish repeatable production workflows, templates, best practices, approval processes, production books, call sheets, and delivery specifications.

  • Identify efficiencies through multi-channel shoots, modular content systems, and potential in-house studio capabilities.

  • Evaluate and adopt production and post-production tools, including AI-assisted solutions, to improve quality, speed, and efficiency.

  • Manage talent, model, and influencer usage rights, releases, renewals, and asset usage records.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable union requirements, including SAG-AFTRA where relevant, location permits, insurance requirements, and on-set safety standards.

  • Collaborate with Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure claims, testimonials, and before-and-after imagery meet applicable health and wellness standards.

  • Oversee asset organization, labeling, and storage within the digital asset management system to ensure content remains accessible and usable across the organization.

  • Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Brand teams, Growth, Social, E-commerce, Retail, and Product Marketing to align production plans with creative and business needs.

  • Bring production feasibility, costs, timelines, and resource considerations into discussions early in the creative development process.
