Your Role

As a Software Engineering Technical Specialist, you will develop solutions in specific domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more. You will be a leader – contributing knowledge, guidance, technical expertise, and team leadership skills. Your leadership will be demonstrated in your work, to your customers, and within your teams.

• →Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer business and technical challenges.
• →Identify, analyze, and define complex problems to develop effective solutions.
• →Gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple sources to support informed decision-making.
• →Drive improvements in service effectiveness, operational efficiency, and delivery through technology and best-practice methodologies.
• →Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and continuously enhance highly scalable distributed software solutions.
• →Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams across the Agile software development lifecycle.
• →Develop innovative functionality and technical solutions that address evolving customer requirements.
• →Refine and groom features and user stories, providing accurate effort estimates and implementation plans.
• →Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential challenges, and communicate them proactively to stakeholders.
• →Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and product enhancements.
• →Drive the resolution of technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and outdated third-party components.
• →Maintain product scalability, reliability, security, and performance standards.
• →Mentor and coach engineers on software design, architecture, and development best practices.
• →Guide teams in building highly available, secure, and distributed software systems.
• →Contribute to the ongoing innovation, evolution, and success of software products and solutions.
• →Foster effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams.
