Laborer Material Handling

• →Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing documentation.
• →Load, unload, transport, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related equipment.
• →Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, stock tracking, and system updates.
• →Pick, pack, and distribute materials to designated departments or facility locations.
• →Ensure materials are stored safely and in accordance with company safety standards and operational procedures.
• →Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, and internal stakeholders to fulfill material requests efficiently.
• →Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse, storage, and work areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and shipment processing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using inventory or tracking systems.
• Member of Local 68 union or willingness to join upon hire.

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and OSHA-related material handling practices.
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, or corporate facilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within team environments.
• Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities in a fast-paced setting.
