Pest Control Technician

Support the client pest control program. These positions will handle additional responsibilities related to the Pest Control Program and Facility Maintenance.

o    Performance of ongoing quality review of third party pest control vendor.

o    Perform assigned facility pest control operations inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.

o    Ensures that all GxP documentation and inspections are performed in accordance with all applicable SOPs.

o    Able to perform light maintenance in support of pest control operations (install door seals, seal penetrations, caulking, etc.) and general facility maintenance.

o    Compile and analyze pest control related data and information to understand overall success of the program.

o    Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed.

o    Completes other various duties related to Painting, Carpentry, Flooring, Cabinetry, and related tasks, under the direction of the supervisor and/or designee.

o    Uses various wall covering techniques and remedies to complete project.

o    Removes furniture, equipment, shelving, fixtures, etc. from work area.  Installs and/or repairs drywall and plaster.  Applies corner beads, tapes, patches, sands, strips, washes and primes surfaces, returns areas to working order when project is completed.

o    Inspects various damaged surfaces (e.g., plaster, drywall, water-damaged areas, ceiling and wall cracks) for remodeling.

o    Must use tools and equipment appropriately while contributing to a safe working environment.

o    Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

o    Update work order status in real time

o    Utilize CMMS systems such as EAMS and GetService for all work performed.

o    Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner

o    Attend work and safety meetings as required

o    Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. May be required do work weekends as needed.

o    Associated Degree or equivalent minimum with experience

o    Have a minimum of 1- 3 years of applicable working experience in a pharmaceutical industry preferable related with Pest Control service

o    EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT

o    Able to communicate pest control requirements and processes 

o    Strong Customer Service skills

o    Strong Interpersonal skills 

o    Building Operations
