ServiceNow Developer (Contractor)

We are seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our global ServiceNow platform. You will contribute to operational support, platform development, integrations, maintenance, and documentation while working with experienced developers, architects, and business partners.

The level of responsibility will be aligned with the successful candidate’s demonstrated skills and experience. Mid-level developers will be expected to complete routine assignments with greater independence.

This position offers opportunities to expand your ServiceNow expertise through hands-on development, code and design reviews, and platform initiatives.

• Support queue management, incident investigation and mitigation, request fulfillment, and routine platform maintenance.
• Monitor platform health, logs, scheduled jobs, and integrations; investigate issues and coordinate with dependent teams when necessary.
• Document issues, findings, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Participate in agile team activities, including stand-ups and planning.
• Manage incident response during regular working hours and engage with global colleagues for handovers as needed.
