Welder/Fabricator

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to read blueprints, prepare materials, fit components, and perform welding to produce quality fabricated parts. The ideal candidate has strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• →Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and cut lists.
• →Identify structural shapes and materials used in fabrication.
• →Operate fabrication equipment, including shears, brakes, rolls, ironworkers, saws, welders, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• →Fit and assemble parts within specified tolerances.
• →Perform welding and use hand and power tools as needed.
• →Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime when required.

• 3+ years of fabrication experience.
• 1+ year of welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow weld symbols.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery and material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
