Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues
- →Help explain repair options to customers and support the sales process
- →Assist with leak detection, water heater repairs and replacements, water filtration, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
- →Use an iPad and ServiceTitan to document work and service details
- →Deliver professional, respectful service and help keep work areas clean and organized
- A current Plumbing Apprentice Card, ideally with 1,000+ hours logged
- At least one year of plumbing experience; residential service experience is required
- A valid driver’s license with no major violations within the past three years
- Familiarity with the plumbing systems and repairs listed above
- Ability to use an iPad and learn or work within ServiceTitan
- A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing five-star customer service
