1. →
   Key Specific Tasks VA will do
   1. →Coordinate members, content days, invites, locations, follow-ups, questions, and warm leads
   2. →Edit real estate and brand videos/photos using the company's established creative style
   3. →Maintain bookkeeping, invoicing, receivables, expenses, reconciliations, reporting, and payment follow-up if hired for the finance role
   Software Tools and Websites Required
   1. →Final Cut Pro — strong video-editing experience required
   2. →Monday.com and Canva — operational/content coordination experience require

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
