- Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, or scheduling needs (e.g., booking rides or addressing complaints).
- Accurately documenting information in the system for tracking and resolution.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as dispatch, to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear speech
- You have intermediate to advanced English language skills (B1 to C2)
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Intermediate to advanced technical skills to use phone systems and computers confidently
- Superior customer service abilities, including empathy and problem-solving
- The role requires multitasking and a high level of attention to detail, especially in fast-paced situations
- Familiar with London and surrounding areas
- You have 1 to 2 years of dispatch, call center, or logistics experience
- You are available to work Monday to Friday from 3:00PM - 7:00PM
- This position is based in-office at our main building located at 573 Admiral Court, London ON. Please note that remote work options are not available for this role.
