Soccer Shots - San Diego East County is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players in La Mesa, CA! Responsibilities:

Lead fun, age-appropriate youth soccer sessions for children in the La Mesa area
Deliver structured curriculum focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for all participants
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
Set up and break down equipment before and after each session
Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all practice locations
Adapt coaching style to meet the needs of various age groups and skill levels

Requirements:

Passion for working with children and youth development
Soccer playing or coaching experience preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Reliable transportation to travel to local program sites
Must pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor
