Responsibilities

→Help with basic repairs and maintenance requests
→Assist with painting, floor care, and general upkeep
→Help maintain outdoor areas and landscaping
→Keep tools, supplies, and work areas organized
→Follow safety procedures to keep our community safe and comfortable

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Dependability and a willingness to learn
Ability to perform hands-on tasks and outdoor work

Nice to Have

Rotating on-call evening and weekend coverage
