About the Role
~1 min read- We are looking for a Part Time Certified Medical Assistant to join our team
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintaining exam rooms
- →Stocking supplies
- →Disinfecting equipment and instruments
- →Pre-certification of medications and assisting in procedure/treatment when appropriate
- →Drawing Blood
- →Verifying patient eligibility and coverage
- →Scheduling surgeries, hospital procedures, and pre/post-op appointments
- →25% travel between Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, and Mountain View. Emergency travel to Capitola (required)
- →Additional duties as assigned
- CCMA and Phlebotomy certification (Required)
- 2+ years medical back-office experience (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
