• →Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes.
• →Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components.
• →Ensure the safety of your crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times.
• →Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
• →Communicate effectively with customers, team members, dispatch, and management.
• →Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on all job sites.

• 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and use of hands and arms.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.
• Work performed in residential environments such as attics, crawl spaces, garages, and roofs.
• Must be able to see and hear clearly to perform job duties safely and effectively.
