As a Security Officer Access Control in Salisbury, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a retail location, you will help maintain a welcoming, orderly environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access, and assisting visitors, associates, and vendors. You will remain visible, communicate professionally, report security-related concerns, and help deter incidents through attentive presence and responsive service. • →Provide customer service to store associates, delivery personnel, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Monitor and control access to the retail location, verify authorization for employees, vendors, and deliveries, and maintain accurate visitor and access logs.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report security-related concerns.
• →Follow Allied Universal and site-specific procedures for key control, package and delivery access, and documentation of daily activities.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
