Are you an IT Support Specialist looking to start a new adventure? If so, apply today!

Baltimore Country Club was founded in 1898 and was successful from the start, with 600 members enjoying its 150-acre facility less than five miles from downtown Baltimore. Just one year after opening, the Club gained immediate recognition in the golf world by hosting the fifth United States Open Championship. Today, the Club has nearly 3,400 members across two campuses. It is widely recognized as one of the top 50 country clubs in the nation and one of the top 100 in the world. We are committed to our Simple Truth: doing what is right, not what is easy.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to interact with every department at the Club. Responsibilities include setting up computers and printers for new hires, providing access to shared files and printers, and configuring email accounts. Other duties include preparing for meetings and presentations that require projectors and audiovisual equipment, assisting with conference calls, and performing general maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and repairs on technology equipment.

This position will also be responsible for setting up and supporting audiovisual equipment for Club events, including TVs, projection systems, screens, sound equipment, and related AV technology. A strong understanding of basic AV setup and the ability to troubleshoot AV technology during meetings and events are important aspects of this role. The ideal candidate will have a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This position will support both the Roland Park Clubhouse and our Five Farms Clubhouse in Lutherville.
