Responsibilities

→Make follow-up and survey calls to members, and request reviews
→Explain Assured Care benefits and keep members informed about plan updates
→Connect members with a network attorney for will updates, trust changes, and estate settlement
→Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve member questions, and keep accurate case notes
→With training, grow into supporting families and successor trustees through estate settlement
→Provide backup front desk coverage as needed

W-2 employment with weekly pay
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. No nights or weekends.
