• Previous experience working in a powder coating shop.

• Experience applying powder to a variety of metal parts and surfaces.

• Knowledge of powder coating equipment and curing ovens.

• Experience identifying and correcting coating defects.

• Familiarity with surface preparation and finish quality standards.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistent, high-quality results.
