Perfect Choice Home Solutions is looking for experienced, dependable roofing installation subcontractors to partner with our growing home improvement company in Central Illinois. We are seeking established roofing businesses and professional crews that take pride in quality workmanship, reliable service, and customer satisfaction.

This opportunity is for independent subcontractors only — this is NOT a W-2 employment position. We are looking to establish long-term working relationships with qualified roofing contractors who can deliver quality residential roofing installations.

Commitment to job-site safety, workmanship standards, and customer satisfaction.

Ability to complete projects according to agreed-upon schedules.

Professional communication and respect for homeowners' properties.

References or examples of previous roofing projects preferred.

This is a subcontracting opportunity, not a traditional employment position. Subcontractors are responsible for their own business operations, crew, tools, transportation, insurance, and applicable taxes.

Project scope, materials responsibilities, compensation, scheduling, workmanship expectations, and payment terms will be established through a written subcontractor agreement.
