Reefer Technician – $5,000 sign-on bonus!*
Salary: $32 to $45 per hour

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair reefer fleet equipment
- →Perform preventative maintenance inspections and necessary repairs
- →Rebuild and repair equipment components as needed
- →Maintain accurate repair orders, including labor and parts documentation
- →Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards
- →Help keep equipment safe, reliable, and road-ready
- EPA certification preferred but not required
- HVAC experience required (EPA certification can be attained while on-job)
- Preferred 1 year experience with single/multi temp reefers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts and schedules as needed
