• →Current LPN/LVN license
• →Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• →Three years of nursing experience preferred
• →Hospice, community health, or medical/surgical experience preferred
• →Current CPR certification
• →Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• →Strong communication and organizational skills
