RN/LPN Nurse for Pediatric Kiddos, West St. Louis County

• Location: West St. Louis County (Chesterfield, Fenton, Kirkwood, St. Louis (63110))
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Shifts: Days, Nights, Evenings, and Weekends
• Patient Population: Children and young adults with trachs, ventilators, and G-tubes

• →Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• →Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• →Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• →Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• →Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• →Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
