Lift Operator

Job Summary

Lift Operator provides safe and efficient transportation for the guests on the chairlift.  Must have outstanding customer service.  Verifying RFID passes and instructing the guests through the maze. Must be at least 18 years old, have the ability to work in an outdoor environment at a fast pace, and have good communication and recordkeeping skills.

Required

• Must be least 18
• Excellent communication skills and reasoning ability
• Able to withstand inclement weather, cold environments and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to adhere to safety standards and procedures
• Able to move or lift heavy objects using appropriate techniques (50+ lbs.)

Preferred

• Valid driver’s license and approved driving record
• Previous experience in Ski Lift Operations
• Working knowledge of mountain operations
• Work over 20 or more hours per week
