General Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Tacoma WA and the surrounding areas.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $29/hour based on experience and skill level. • Perform construction site cleanup and debris removal
• Stage, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with basic framing and material preparation
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials according to project requirements
• Assist with demolition and site preparation activities
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the jobsite
• Prepare work areas for upcoming construction operations
• Support carpenters, laborers, and other trades as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
