• →100% - UX Delivery and Execution - Participates in data collection and synthesis. Provides UX design artifacts & tests usability of their assigned product. Collaborates and pairs with other product team members to design solutions. Understands business goals at a feature level. Communicates ideas and designs to end user and product team members.

• This Position typically reports to User Experience Manager.

• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
   

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
   

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
   

• 1 year of UX experience in an Enterprise or retail environment or a degree in related field
• 1 year of experience working with agile software development teams
• Desire to thrive in a fast-moving environment
   

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
   

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
