Presales Solution Engineer | Retail

Join Epicor as a Presales Solution Engineer! The Presales Solution Engineer provides the sales force (direct and channel) in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our products in order to close retail sales opportunities.

• →Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations along with Sales team.
• →Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and providing work flow analysis in retail opportunities.
• →Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements.
• →Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
• →Conduct customer and prospect webinars.
• →Up to 50% travel, domestic.

• →Minimum of 3 years of experience of presales within the retail industry or equivalent operational retail experience
• →Experience in e-commerce, point-of-sales and payment solutions.
• →Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
• →Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry
• →Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations.

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in the ERP or SaaS space, specifically retail.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• MST, CST or EST preferred
