LPN - Pre Triage

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join IU Health's statewide Pre-Triage team. This role provides telephone-based clinical support to established patients.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy combining their clinical expertise with patient service in a non-bedside environment. The role allows team members to make a meaningful impact on the patient experience while supporting a large, integrated healthcare system. 

Remote

 Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 4:30PM

• →Assessing patient concerns through telephone interactions
• →Identifying issues that require escalation to RN Triage
• →Connecting patients with the appropriate providers and care teams
• →Supporting patients across the state in navigating their care needs
• →Helping improve access to timely, high-quality healthcare
