• Validating and remediating claims data captured by Optical Character Recognization (OCR) tool for Corporate Solution (CS) and Individual Life (IL) claims in accordance with established procedures and timelines, ensuring completeness and consistency of all submitted information.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks and quality assurance metrics.

• Adhere strictly to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines in handling sensitive customer and claims data.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection throughout all data entry processes.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support dynamic business needs and operational goals.
