Transportation Analyst

• →Develop leadership presentations based on metrics to show Boeing performance
• →Conduct routine meetings for management and other leadership
• →Assist in the management of processes for Boeing Licensed Transportation Drivers
  • →Oversee Port of Seattle badging process
  • →Participate in driver hiring process
  • →Coordinate recognition events

• →Analyze historical data, logistics performance, and trends to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

• →Develop and maintain written processes and materials
• →Serve as backup for Department of Transportation (DOT) Analyst:
  • →Interface with management at all locations to ensure regulatory compliance throughout The Boeing Company
  • →Provide management with visibility of compliance or non-compliance of company policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State Department of Transportation regulations
  • →Obtain oversize permits
  • →Perform Teamster Job Bidding process
  • →Coordinate classes for required internal and external trainings
• →Provide administrative support, such as ordering supplies and materials, to ensure that management and drivers have resources needed to perform their duties effectively

• 5+ years of experience in performing data analysis
• 5+ years of experience in a role that required problem solving and analytical skills
• 3+ years of experience interacting with business partners and customers
• 3+ experience creating PowerPoint decks and presenting data driven recommendations to leadership, Management to Director level

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis with tools including Excel and Tableau including advanced features such as VBA and Macros and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) 
• 3+ years of experience working with CDL drivers and analyzing transportation data
• 3+ years of Project Management experience

Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450
