✓Annual Salary: As noted in this posting, plus an additional 7% Sub Head Premium rate on top of the regular salary. The monthly salary range is $8,011.09 to $8,589.96.

✓FSR Premium: $2.20 per hour

✓Opportunity for Overtime at double time.

✓Vacation:3 weeks starting in the 2nd calendar year

✓4 weeks in the 5th year, up to 6 weeks by the 18th year

✓Additional 3 days or time off in lieu between Christmas and New Year

Requirements

A trade certification to journeyperson level as a B ticket Electrician, Field Safety Representative Certification and Valid BC Drivers License. Minimum 5 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in fire protection systems testing and repairing. Current knowledge of electrical and safety codes, regulations, standards and practices. Ability to work independently and effectively with minimum supervision. Ability to work various shifts. Must be able to respond at short notice to emergency calls outside working hours. Ability to effectively use standard office software packages (Microsoft Office) and controller programming software. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of Student Housing and Hospitality Services operations, procedures and processes is an asset.
