The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Ottawa invites applications for a tenure-track position in statistics, biostatistics, or machine learning at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, starting July 1, 2027.

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is affiliated with the Ottawa-Carleton Institute of Mathematics and Statistics. Furthermore, it is associated with the Fields Institute for Mathematical Sciences in Toronto, the Centre de Recherche Mathématique in Montreal, and the Statistical Society of Canada.
