Talent Acquisition Specialist

On behalf of our company, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. Job Summary: Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition to meet business needs. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the full recruitment cycle. Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. Manage candidate pipelines and follow up on hiring processes. Ensure timely candidate submissions and achievement of recruitment targets. Requirements Saudi national. 6 months to 2 years of experience . Good English communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
