Lead Analyst

• →Governance and Standards: Define, implement, and enforce project management methodologies, templates, and tools across the organization.
• →Portfolio Management & Strategy: Oversee the entire portfolio of projects to ensure they align with company goals, prioritising resources for maximum ROI.
• →Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Experience: Minimum 6 + years in project management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Tools: Proficient in project management software (e.g, Pyramid, Jira) and reporting tools. 

Track project performance using dashboards to report status, risks, and benefits realization to executive leadership.

• Facilitating project meetings and steering committee meetings.
• Resolving inter-project dependencies and resource conflicts.
• Managing project audits and compliance checks.
• Managing the project intake and prioritization process

Work as  PMO for Cashfit Program - working closely with global stakeholders.
