The RTB (Run The Bank) role is responsible for ensuring stability, availability, and smooth functioning of business‑critical trading and post‑trade systems in an Investment Bank. The role focuses on L1/L2 application support, production issue management, CI/CD pipeline support, SQL‑based analysis, and strong functional understanding of banking/securities workflows.

• Provide 24x5 / 24x7 L1/L2 support for critical applications supporting front‑office, middle‑office, and back‑office functions.
• Monitor application health, batch jobs, alerts, and system performance.
• Perform initial incident triage, impact analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Escalate to L3/dev teams with proper analysis, logs, and findings.
