Business Analyst

This team focuses on Any IT project in the finance sector. Develop a range of services Deliver projects with a computing component on all the pillars of the group in coordination with the business lines and the other DIS of the group Define and implement the target architecture of the IS by proposing optimizations and simplifications in a Digital and Agile context in partnership with the teams of central architectures and the business Ensure the production and evolutionary maintenance of the IS in conjunction with infrastructure teams and solution providers

Responsibilities

• 5+  years of  experience as a  Business Analyst, with demonstrable skills in business process, systems and data analysis.
• Support the planning, estimation and coordination of the analysis activities for multiple Business Analysts within a program delivery
• Drive the Agile business analysis framework throughout the Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience of working with IT transformation projects for any investment banking service. 
• Take the lead on complex project to identify and agree appropriate business analysis approach and deliverables with the Program Manager and Lead Business Analyst.
• Working with business leads to identify, define, and clarify the scope / issues in terms of complex business requirements.
• Provide effective requirements analysis, definition & documentation to create feature backlog along with Business Owner.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business and technology functions to enable effective decision making
• Perform business impact analysis to provide the program manager with a high-level view on the sizing and complexity of a project.
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the solution delivery. 
• Hands on experience with business analysis tools and techniques (data flow diagrams, case tool analysis, gap analysis and work & process flow diagrams).
• Co-ordinate with onshore-offshore Product teams with users, stakeholders and developers al co-located with different cultural experience.

Profile Required

• 5+ years relevant business analysis experience preferably with a financial services firm.
• Well versed with concepts around Leasing, Lending, Liquidity management.
• Exposure towards reconciliation process would be desirable
• Experienced with building an end-to-end business process flow.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally to arrive at a solution.
• Must have an eye for detail and analyze/relate to the business problem in hand.
• Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with all business and systems stakeholders.
• Strong consultative approach.
• Enthusiast in solving business problems, market intelligence
• Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills – service orientation, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills, situational awareness and conflict resolution.
