A subsidiary of Al Ahly Capital, Al Ahly Momkn is a fast-evolving Fin-tech company committed to promoting secure, convenient & seamless payment solutions and financial services for business owners, service providers and consumers across Egypt. At Al Ahly Momkn, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. We believe in empowering our employees to unleash their full potential and make a real impact in their roles. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, learn from industry experts, and be part of a supportive and inclusive community. 1) Product strategy and portfolio leadership: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in line with the company’s growth plans and market priorities. Translate customer needs, market developments, regulatory requirements, and business opportunities into a clear product portfolio and delivery agenda. Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and business-case development through design, launch, growth, optimization, and retirement. Prioritize product investments based on customer value, commercial return, strategic relevance, implementation effort, risk, and operational readiness. Establish clear value propositions, target segments, pricing approaches, revenue models, and go to-market requirements for new and existing products. Monitor delivery performance and intervene when initiatives are delayed, over budget, under resourced, or unlikely to deliver the approved benefits. Maintain accountability for product performance, including adoption, transaction volumes, revenue, profitability, customer experience, retention, and unit economics. Identify opportunities for new products, platform capabilities, partnerships, embedded-finance propositions, and adjacent revenue streams. 2) PM and strategy execution: Lead the enterprise PM and create a disciplined governance model for strategic programs and cross-functional projects. Convert the corporate strategy into an integrated portfolio of initiatives with clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and expected benefits. Establish consistent project and portfolio management standards, stage gates, reporting tools, and escalation mechanisms. Chair portfolio reviews and provide the CEO and Executive Committee with clear reporting on progress, financial exposure, risks, decisions required, and expected outcomes. Challenge project assumptions, timelines, resource plans, and business cases before projects are approved or moved to the next stage. Manage interdependencies across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Experience. Ensure that benefits realization is tracked after implementation and that lessons learned are applied to future initiatives. Monitor delivery performance and intervene when initiatives are delayed, over budget, under resourced, or unlikely to deliver the approved benefits. 3) Product development and delivery: Lead product discovery and validate customer problems before significant development investment is committed. Work closely with Technology to maintain an achievable roadmap, clear product requirements, and effective release planning. Introduce appropriate product-development methods, including agile ways of working, without weakening governance, regulatory control, or accountability. Ensure that customer journeys are simple, reliable, scalable, and supported by effective operating processes. Set launch-readiness criteria covering technology, operations, commercial plans, customer support, controls, training, and communications. Use product analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, and service data to guide decisions and continuous improvement. 4) Fintech ecosystem, risk, and governance: Assess relevant market developments across payments, wallets, digital lending, acquiring, remittances, embedded finance, banking-as-a-service, and other fintech models. Build productive relationships with financial institutions, technology providers, payment networks, regulators, and strategic partners where required. Work with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Legal teams to embed regulatory, fraud, data privacy, cybersecurity, AML, and consumer-protection requirements into products and projects from the outset. Ensure that product and project decisions comply with applicable Central Bank of Egypt requirements and internal governance standards. Maintain appropriate documentation, approval records, decision logs, and audit trails across the product and project portfolios. 5) Leadership and organizational capability: Lead, coach, and develop the Product and PM teams, with clear mandates, performance standards, and succession plans. Define the target operating model, roles, skills, and capacity required to support the company’s future product and transformation agenda. Build a culture of ownership, evidence-based decision-making, constructive challenge, and reliable execution. Improve collaboration between business and technical teams and resolve conflicts involving priorities, capacity, scope, or accountability. Represent Product and PM matters in Executive Committee, Board, and governance meetings as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A relevant master’s degree or MBA is a must. At least 15 years of progressive professional experience, gained exclusively within the fintech sector, with substantial responsibility for digital financial products, platforms, or technology-enabled financial services. At least 7 years in senior leadership roles covering product management, product development, portfolio leadership, transformation, or enterprise PM responsibilities. Proven experience leading both product and complex cross-functional delivery portfolios at enterprise level. Demonstrated success launching, scaling, and improving fintech products with measurable commercial and customer outcomes. Strong understanding of fintech economics, digital customer journeys, platform models, APIs, integrations, data-led product management, and partner ecosystems. Experience managing product P&L, investment cases, budgets, prioritization, and benefits realization. Sound knowledge of the Egyptian fintech and financial-services regulatory environment; regional or international exposure is an advantage. Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or recognized product-management credentials are advantageous but do not replace the required leadership experience.
