• Around 3–5 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience building or maintaining REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including writing and troubleshooting queries.
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of common software design principles, security practices, and application troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Experience with ASP.NET Core and modern .NET development.
• Experience maintaining applications built with ASP.NET or .NET Framework.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with SQL Server; exposure to Oracle is a plus.
• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud or container-based deployments.
• Use of AI development tools
• Able to use AI coding assistants effectively to speed up tasks such as code exploration, drafting routine code, debugging, and preparing documentation.
• Applies independent engineering judgment: reviews, validates, and tests AI-generated suggestions before using them.
• Uses AI tools responsibly, following company rules for confidential code, customer data, and other sensitive information.
