Join NVIDIA's Nemotron Harness team. We are leaders in AI research, exploring machine learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision and natural language processing. As a Research Scientist, you will work on projects that seek to redefine general intelligence.   Conduct groundbreaking research to advance the science and technology of intelligent machines.

  Co-develop models with harnesses, increasing task horizon, improving memory and general intelligence capabilities in VLM/LLM systems.

  Influence the research community through high-quality publications and collaborative efforts.

  Open source high-quality code and ensure the reproducibility of your research.

• PhD or equivalent

• 6+ years of experience in Computer Science, relevant technical field, or similar, completed prior to joining NVIDIA.

• Research background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, computational statistics, or applied mathematics.

• A consistent track record of research publications demonstrating experience in theoretical or empirical research.

• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for developing and debugging.

• Expertise in analyzing and collecting data from various sources.

• Experience in building and analyzing large-scale models for vision, language, speech, or general agents.

• Established in guiding the development of AI research communities.

• Prior experience with open-source projects.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and collaboratively.
