PROJECT FINANCE & HR MANAGER

MSF Italy Mission has identified migrant and refugee survivors of torture and other forms of intentional violence (SoT) in the Palermo metropolitan area among the most vulnerable and neglected people.For this reason, since 2020, MSF has developed a program specifically aimed at this target population through a multidisciplinary model of care (medical, psychological, and socio-legal support) with the support of the association “CLEDU” for the legal support and the University of Palermo (Department of Law).

• Essential degree in finance, management (business, HR) or administration.

• Essential working experience of at least 2-two years in same role;
• Highly Desirable working experience with MSF or other NGOs, in developing countries
• Desirable experience in migration context;
• Desirable experience in supply management;

• Essential: Italian (C1);
• Essential: English (B2); 

• Computer literacy, in particular user level knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Office);

Contract Duration: 12 months;

Gross Annual Salary: from min. 40.040€ to max. 48.048€ (depending on the level of seniority with MSF of the selected candidate);
