An exciting opportunity for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our compassionate and dynamic team at Naracoorte Hospital and Moreton Bay House on a casual basis. This is a great chance to work in a multi-faceted role across both acute and aged care, with the potential for increased autonomy and professional development over time.

About the Role

Provide comprehensive, person-centred nursing and midwifery care to patients.
Assess individual patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Coordinate services with other disciplines and agencies to meet patient health needs.
Provide leadership and support to newer or less experienced staff.
Work autonomously with increasing responsibility over time.

Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Demonstrated clinical competence and experience in a relevant nursing area.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt flexibly in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
A passion for delivering high-quality patient care in both acute and aged care settings.
