Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to clients in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and authorized duties.
Assist with transfers, walking, and mobility needs as trained and assigned.
Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments or errands when required.
Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately.
Report changes in a client's condition, safety concerns, or incidents to the office promptly.
Respect clients' privacy, personal belongings, dietary needs, and dignity at all times.
Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care within the caregiver's training and assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

At least five years of caregiving experience in home care, senior care, or a related setting.
Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and reliable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries.
Willingness to participate in required training and background studies.
Ability to meet the physical demands of assigned care duties.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance if driving is required.
Must meet applicable Minnesota employment and background-study requirements.
